By opting in to the SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Program”) offered by PROpeptides (operated under Arizona Sports Medicine, PLLC), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms describe how we collect, use, and manage mobile messaging.

1. Opt-In

By enrolling in our SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PROpeptides, including:

  • Promotional messages

  • Product updates

  • Cart reminders

  • Account notifications

  • Educational content

  • Customer support alerts

Message frequency may vary. You must opt in by:

  • Providing your phone number at checkout

shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the SMS Program, including but not limited to:

  • Failure of messages to be delivered

  • Unauthorized access to your device or data

  • Mobile carrier charges

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Maricopa County, AZ.
