PROpeptides Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing PROpeptides. We are committed to delivering your products quickly, securely, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from www.propeptides.com or www.mypropeptides.com.

1. Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • High-volume periods (sales, holidays) may extend processing by 1–2 additional business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holiday volume, or other conditions outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly displayed on the website or applied automatically at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking link.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@propeptides.com.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • PROpeptides is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We cannot redirect or modify an order once it has entered the shipping process.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery shifts to USPS/UPS/FedEx.

PROpeptides is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed transit times

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

If this occurs, customers must open a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist with documentation when needed.

7. Warm Weather / Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Some products may be sensitive to heat or temperature fluctuations.

To ensure product integrity:

  • We may include cold packs or insulated packaging during warm seasons.

  • We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.

PROpeptides is not responsible for temperature damage if packages are left outside for extended periods.

8. International Shipping

At this time, PROpeptides ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally due to varying import regulations for supplements and wellness products.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.
Expedited or Express shipping may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be completed after submission.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item

  • A missing item within a shipment

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review and provide a replacement or solution as appropriate.
