Thank you for shopping with PROpeptides. Our goal is to provide high-quality wellness products with a safe and reliable purchasing experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns on Shipped Products
Due to product integrity, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns on any shipped products.
Once an order has left our facility or has been marked as “Shipped” by the carrier, it is final sale and non-returnable.
This applies to:

Sale or promotional items
We do not resell or restock shipped products under any circumstances.
2. No Refunds on Shipped Orders
Because products cannot be returned once shipped, we do not offer refunds on any shipped orders.
Refunds are only available before an order has been processed and shipped.
3. Refunds or Exchanges for Unshipped Orders
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request:

An exchange for another product of equal or lesser value (with price adjustments applied if needed)

Once an order moves into the fulfillment or shipping process, we can no longer modify, refund, or cancel it.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive:

Photos of the issue

A description of the problem
We will review the case and issue a replacement if appropriate.
Replacements only — no refunds or returns.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
PROpeptides is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages
-
Carrier delays
-
Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will provide supporting documentation if needed.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some items may be affected by extreme heat or cold. To protect product quality:

Retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.

We do not replace products damaged by temperature exposure after delivery.
7. Final Sale Items
The following cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances:
